According to Epic Games, 14 Days of Fortnite will begin yet again at some point “early next week”, and it will be live all the way through January 15, 2019 at 3:00 AM ET, which should give players who couldn’t partake the first go-round a decent amount of time to complete the Challenges. The developer also mentioned that it will also be enabling some of the most popular Limited Time Modes that were available during the event, and that any progress on partially completed Challenges had to be reset.

Epic Games’ decision to have 14 Days of Fortnite return should sit well with the majority of the fan base that weren’t able to finish all of the Challenges due to the miscommunication of behalf of the developer. Not to mention, there will likely be other players happy to see it come back due to the hustle and bustle busyness of traveling throughout the holiday season having prevented them from setting some time aside to give it a shot.

At any rate, while it’s still up in the air as to exactly when 14 Days of Fortnite will return next week, there’s no doubt that Epic has packed plenty of content into the title to keep players occupied until then. For instance, Season 7 Week 5’s challenges just recently went live, and some of the tasks have the potential to give even the most grizzled Fortnite veterans some difficulty.

Fortnite is available now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
